Birte's warm welcoming smile . Her reassuring confident voice . Letting you know that even if you were going through a difficult time in your life. All would be well in the end. Teatime at the Rectory. Sitting around the large mahogany dinning table. Whilst Birte toasted crusty bread, served with Lurpak butter. Apple pie & custard for pudding. It tasted so good on a cold winters evening. Her love of Lancashire dialect poetry. A true Christian lady who dedicated her life to serving her local community. Birte rest in peace & rise in glory.
